Disappointing - jerrygreenfield
I had the same experience, plus a couple more problems when I tried to use Wiretap Pro while Studio was still installed and wouldn't give up its hold on resources. In order to use Good Ole Wiretap Pro again, I had to do a careful uninstall of Wiretap everything and then reinstall Wiretap Pro, which is still a good program. That was when I was still running Tiger. I've got Leopard now and won't try Wiretap Studio again until I'm satisfied by other users that the application is really ready to go--without that ridiculous Library stage.Saturday, March 15 2008 @ 05:12 PM PDT

Bryan,We're sorry to hear about your frustration and disappointment. WireTap Studio is a product we spent a lot of time designing and developing, and making sure we "got it right". We've won some major awards, and as you've seen from the other comments here on VersionTracker, its received a lot of praise and good feedback.
With that said, the issues you're having aren't the norm, so I'd like to ask that you contact our tech support at help@AmbrosiaSW.com and provide them with this information, so they can assist you.
In terms of your usability suggestions and comments, we hope you'll give WireTap Studio another chance, by watching our video tutorials, located here:

...and also by providing your feedback and suggestions to our support staff. We'll do our best to address your concerns. Regardless, we appreciate your feedback and support, and for taking the time to post your thoughts. We hope you'll give WireTap Studio a second chance.
