My point of view:
As a developer, if I put my time and energy into an app like this and then saw a review like this, from someone not even taking advantage of what the app is for or even understanding what was going on, I would be a bit upset. Though it is humorous, from that point of view, to me, it just would let me down a bit to see people use it for almost the exact opposite of what was intended. This is an app that promotes computer knowledge and troubleshooting. That review promote computer ignorance.
