Gotta make a correction. There are 4 options not 5.
The last two are make an ISO disc which is basically burning a disc image and Video-DVD which burns a Video-TS folder...so i guess your video has be in that form to be burnt. So for DV avi's, I guess they would have to be transformed using another program into a Video Disc Format.
