Crash, Crash and Crash Again - mtv1918

I had download FileDefense and thought it would help take out spyware from my computer. It seems not to work at all, and I searched my hard drive and I cant seem to delete this software. If you know how to delete this please let me know .........thanks

Crash, Crash and Crash Again - Camou5lage

I can't get this deleted out of my system!!!!! Do you have any idea where it is hiding, it keeps launching at startup.
