Odd. No problems with this update on my Intel Core Duo Mac Mini or Intel Core Duo MacBook, both running OS 10.5.1.

This Update HOSED my system! - lansky

This update screwed me up too. After rebooting, my internet connection was irreparably hosed. Email/Browsers will no longer connect. I'm on an old system Panther 10.3.9 on an older iBook PowerPC. I'm using my other computer now. If anyone has any tips on how to fix my iBook, I'd love to hear! Can I somehow de-install the Quicktime? I'm kind of a neophyte about these things. Thanks for any help!

I agree with WalrusCP. Running 10.4.11 on a G5 iMac. All works perfectly.
