Good concept but finicky with poor support - paulbel

With regard to the issue of support or prompt response, I think some perspective is in order. I tried out Mailings and liked what I saw. I recently purchased the program and did not immediately receive my serial number/password. My first email went unanswered. But my second (more concerned) email was immediately acknowledged and it turned out that the original error was a breakdown in communication between Limit Point and PayPal. since then my communications with Joe of Limit Point have been extremely prompt and effective. Email is a relatively complicated thing, involving email clients, ISPs, servers, ports, etc. It is so easy to miss something small, or destabalize one element when you change another. I wouldn't hold Limit Point responsible for technical assitance for one's whole email experience.
