80mb -- its the multi-language pdf docs - balancedview

As a longtime registered user of GC, I too was surprised by the new humongous size of version 6.x

I looked inside the package and it turns out that most of that huge data space is from the many multi-language pdf documentation files.

Yeah, why no updater in GC? - Eric M

I'm a fan of GC, but have wondered if it couldn't simply be patched (a la Firefox) whenever a new update is released. I'm no programmer, so have no idea what it would take. It'd be nice if new updates didn't require a complete download of the app. Maybe something for the next update?

Thoughts, anyone?
