Doesn't work, no support - kevinhayes

After posting this, I felt it fair to come back here and post that Chronos replied to my support query. They have reproduced my paste notes problem and will fix it and gave me a work around that I didn't think of (the Services menu).

If possible I would rate their support at one start higher now, although I believe they should acknowledge questions sooner than an entire week later, even if they don't have a final solution.
