It took 4 contacts with Roxio to get past the "generic blurb" automatic responses and get a real tech support person. The response was that Popcorn 3 no longer works with many file formats, including .flv (Popcorn 2 works fine). Popcorn 3 does not give any hint of format issues and actually says it will convert the file, but just hangs forever with FORCE QUIT the only option. Terrible program and not worth the upgrade cost.
