What exactly is it about iTunes that gives you the impression that they "do not seem to care about us and the long term Users"?
iTunes is free. Something has to pay for it. There are obviously ties into iTunes Store, and it is designed to be the hub for the iPods.
But there isn't anything in there that actually compels you to use or buy either. You can turn off the Store completely, you can not buy an iPod, and it's still a fully featured player, encoder, burner, etc.
So, what exactly, specifically is the problem? If you're going to complain, you need to be specific about what it is that you're complaining about, otherwise it's just whining.
And by the way, re: complaints about them being all about iPods/iTunes, where have you been the last 11 days? Ever heard of a little something called Leopard?
