Leopard compatibility??? - hmbmd

I installed Leopard OS X 10.5 and use Timbuktu 8.6. It works, however, you have to install it each time you restart the computer. It does not load automatically.

Leopard compatibility??? - McOldie

my console says:
28/10/07 21:38:41 [0x0-0x3003].com.netopia.timbuktu.pro.host[110] Sun Oct 28 21:38:41 admins-macbook.local Timbuktu Host[110] <Warning>: 3891612: (connectAndCheck) Untrusted apps are not allowed to connect to or launch Window Server before login.

so this must be a new security option timbuktu is bumping into.

question is: how to tell leopard timbuktu is a trusted app that is allowed to connect to or launch Window Server before login...

I'm having the same problem. It runs if you launch it then enter an admin username and password. So, if you remote computer restarts...you'll not have access via Timbuktu.

Leopard compatibility??? - Ed29

I launched 8.6 under leopard and it not only runs fine, it connects amazingly fast on an intel mac. No problem connecting over lan or internet.
