Waste of money - ASL

Oh, and Roxio does have a return policy. It doesn't, however, appear to apply to the additional "recommended" software or to the (superfluous) delivery charge.

I certainly hope I'll be able to find a similar prdouct somewhere else. Roxio gets none of my money ever again.

Your issue with the shipping charge is not relevant here. What does that have to do with you giving one star, for example, to "Stability"? You may be a disgruntled customer, but that does not help us judge the actual quality of the software.

Your ratings should be withdrawn.

TRY THIS FIX - palm_beach_florida

If PopCorn or Toast Crash on startup You...

can go to the Library and go to the QuickTime Folder and remove
many of the component's that are causing the conflict. I have
these installed in my computer and Toast Works Fine.

I had to remove at least 5 of them, some Apple, some DIVX, Some XVID,
but it's OK because the Perian will do the work of many component's.

So if you start removing the oldest component's one by one, you will
get Toast or PopCorn to work in 8.0 or 8.0.1 or 8.0.3.

EyeTV MPEG Support.component
Flip4Mac WMV Import.component
Flip4Mac WMV Export.component
Flip4Mac WMV Advanced.component
Perian.component

hope this helps some of you.

I agree. It seems as if Roxio needs to get their act together with operationally and their customers are suffering because of it.

Shop elsewhere.
