"Remember that backuplist only looks two levels deep when comparing files for backup (to save time) . This just means that if you select a folder in your list for backup, "backup list" compares every item in that folder with the corresponding item (if there is one) in your "Mybackup" folder and copys the item only if it has been updated since last backup. But, it won't go into subfolders and check every item there(ie two levels deep). If anything in that sub folder has been changed it will backup the entire folder."
This explains some of the behaviors I found odd. Consider this if you are intending to backup nested folders.
