Put Garage Band in the dock then. This complaint is dumb.Monday, June 01 2009 @ 04:52 PM PDT

It's been more than 8 years since Mac OS X came out, and Apple has released hundreds, maybe over a thousand updates and installers. In all that time, when has it EVER been okay to move sh1t around? It hasn't. And yet we're still talking about it. For some reason.
What's that saying about insanity? Continuing to do the same thing over and over and expecting different results?
Seriously, Pavlov's dog learned faster.

Don't rename it, don't move it. - DavidRavenMoon
How is it more convenient to have moved or renamed it?Sure, complain to Apple... they will tell you don't move or rename things.
having to dig through folders to get to an app is not convenient.
If you really need it in some kind of organized folder setup, just make an alias of it and put that in your folder.
Personally I have it in my Dock, so I never go searching through the Applications folder. For everything I don't have in my Dock, I use LaunchBar and DragThing.
