need to download iTunes update? - jeffsters1
Humm...ok, you don't know enough about the basic OS to know how to turn off specific software updates but you know better than Apple when you should or shouldn't update. uh huh... Seriously, keep your permissions repaired, update as directed, and make backups. Don't start getting creative until you REALLY understand the possible impact and can recognize what to do if confronted with an issue later. if you begin to selectively apply updates. I'm all for holding off a few weeks but your talking something completely different and with a totally different intent.Tuesday, September 18 2007 @ 10:29 AM PDT

Go to the Software Update preference pane and select iTunes in the list of updates, go to the Update menu and select "Ignore Update..." That should do it. Until the next release, that is.Reply to This
