before you type nonsense and ask weird questions you should check your photoshop handbook. all functions of imageready are now included in photoshop. FINALLY! instead of having to work with 2 different versions of photoshop (nothing else it was), you now have 1 powerhouse of an app.

you might want to reconsider you profession though.

As stated all functions are now basically built-in to APSCS3 rather than being 2 products; But also, Adobe and Macromedia amalgamated,
thus if you are a web based company you should be purchasing Creative Suite CS3 Web Premium or Master Collection.: Not just Photoshop CS3
These bundles contain Flash, Fireworks, Dreamweaver and Contribute..
