Got a response to feedback I posted with Developer online in minutes---on the weekend. Come to think of it, I got a response within an hour---on the weeked---when I had problems with another issue while I was using the FREE (trial) version.I call that "S-U-P-P-O-R-T."
I still think that the registration process sucks. And I haven't used other password management software. Overall, I would have to say my previous 3-Star rating was harsh. I think the overall interface *could* be simpler and less "feature [can you say MS?] bloated."
But, 4-Stars is my "final answer" (maybe higher if they get the registration process fixed).

For the sake of completeness I am re-posting my response to this triple-post. The response is similar to the one I sent you Sunday night, but I modified it slightly to make it more readable for others. BTW - since you have changed your mind from 3 stars to 4 stars, you should post 3 new reviews with a 4 star ratings to make up for the previous 3 reviews at 3 stars:)

Thanks for your feedback! We wanted the registration process to be as fun as possible and that's one of the reasons why we went with the cards :)
Our old registration system was more "standard", but the issue was our license scheme was completely broken by hackers, and some of them even had the gall to *sell* newly created licenses to unwitting customers. I had a few long winded support requests before we figured out what had happened.
With the code broken completely, we had to make a change. We decided to do something fresh and fun, while at the same time making licenses much harder for hackers to break. For the most part the response has been very positive, but there is still room for improvement. One thing I added recently was the ability to auto-register 1Passwd. For example, a link like this will now autoregister your copy of 1Passwd:
onepasswd://register/0123456789ABCDEF01234567890ABCDE
This link is now included with the purchase email. By automating the installation of the license, it is even easier than the drag-n-drop to register your copy.
While the autoregister link works very well, on some machines it does not work at all (technically it requires an up-to-date Launch Services database), so we do not want to rely on it completely. Instead, the plan is to provide several methods of registration; currently we have drag-n-drop of images, text-based licenses, and autoregister links. The more methods there are to achieve a goal, the more likely someone will find one that works for them, and the less likely it will take anyone more than 30 seconds to register the product.
