Is anyone home??? - benbird

I'm sorry for the slow response time over the summer, we had a backlog of emails for various reasons. We've now caught up, and aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours.

I have this software for over three years running eight licenses. We have one location with 12 cameras. This software works and it works very well with many types of equipment. If you go to their site there is an exhaustive list of what will work from the low end range to the high end range you could buy. Most anything you need to know they have already given you resorces to on their website. We bought many of our cameras second hand and they still function perfectly -- the software is updated at a good pace, and the developer does not nickle and dime you -- it is well worth the license fees you pay for the flexibility you get out of it. The developer typically responds fast but they are not a big company -- big is not necessarily good try getting a response from many companies besides some boilerplate response. My experience is this software and the developer are top notch. There may be more options on the PC but they will not be superior choices.
