If I promise responses within 48 hours (as noted on the Techspansion Contact page), realize it can take up to 48 hours for a response.

Techspansion doesn't have a 24/7 call center. It's just me.

Obnoxious Entry - Saint Rowan

This is a horrible entry and I'm reporting it the VT admin. Nobody wants to hear about ALL THE DETAILS of your specific problems by posting your email. Your point to make this "1) a manner to accellerate things," just makes this forum a way to embarrass the developer who ALREADY MADE IT CLEAR before you posted it that his turn-around time might be up to 48 hours. And your point "2) to share information" would be much more helpful if you just SUMMARIZED your issues then reported its resolution.

this is a comment by someone who likes the sound of their own voice, not the place for that type of comment. It's a good app, like many software pieces out there it's a small crew managing the software. They stated their response time, you just need to be more patient.
