That DID help. I was able to get through the Tools installation without a crash.

But. the tools don't work - at least, the mouse driver does not. It will not allow teh mouse to run off the edge of teh Windows screen (or the Windows window, actually). I tried re-installing the tools, but that did not work either.

I had the same experience of the crash after windows start up. (The response from their tech support was for me to read a KB article that suggested things to do after windows starts.) I turned off the application sharing and, so far and wish me luck, things seems to be working again.
