So the company has not had any income apart from new registrations for 3 years, you could say the same for Ford Motor Company, "they have not had any income apart from new car sales".
The FACT is we were the people who originally supported RW, who put up with various "undocumented features" and basically bug tested it and suggested new features and it is obvious that if we had all thought, "Hmm I will wait until the application is perfect before I register it" they would not have got beyond v.1.1
As I explained, I would not have a problem if we were paying for a significant upgrade to V4.0 but not from 3.5-3.6 and the upgrade fee is quite frankly extortionate.
Unfortunately the developers have lost a lot of respect and once it's gone, they will find it hard to get it back.
