it'll give you a blog of progress and all the info you need, including contact info. I've just upgraded from V2.19 to 2.21 and had no troubles with either of them. Back when I wanted to contact the developer I found him approachable and helpful. I think he's moved from NZ to UK in the meantime. A great piece of software.
