Have to say the folks at ElGato have always been responsive. I started with the first USB 1.0 device and have gone throught EyeTV 200 and the latest USB 2.0 Hybrid. As Mac OS was updated, and conflicts arose, they always found a solution. When my EyeHome unit had a power supply die after 2 years, they sent me one free.

They always have beem most helpful.
