Just got an email from Optima - johnlove

Welcome news .. Jerry Aman, author of this awesome software, emailed Kagi to email me with the message:

"Kagi, can you please forward this email to customer John Love .. there is a spam filter blocking my emails to John Love"

Well, it worked when Kagi sent me the new registration nbr for PageSpinner 5.

If there's anyone out there to help me refine my customized SPAM settings on my ISP, I would be very grateful. I use Apple's Mail app and here are the current ISP settings:

Quarantine Score = 6.5, with 10 disabling Quarantine, ISP recommends 10

Tag Score = 3.5, this is what the ISP recommends here.

Block Score = 5, with 10 disabling Blocking, ISP recommends 7

In all cases, 0 = not Spam and 9 = definitely Spam

Folks, there was a time that (probably due to my name) that I was getting 50+ emails every day and I was getting mighty frustrated .. so I diddled a tad with the Spam settings as outlined above.

Maybe I've overreacted, but ...

I was wrong - I <b>did<b> receive my new registration. I've just discovered that it was sent to me on January 30th 2007. (I'd misplaced the email, which is why I couldn't find it.) Sincere apologies to Jerry Aman.
