The download from www.real.com is also the old version - Ronald P. Regensburg

I downloaded the free player following the link on www.real.com and using the German download location and it is the exact same build 412 that I installed a year ago.

The US download link do provide the newer 490 build.

I downloaded it from VT; info says:
Version 10.1.0 (503)
Modification Date: July 25, 2007

When I previously tried to update, under the RealPlayer "Check For Update", it would not update.
