Yes. I did it about 2 months ago. The procedure was not "clearly" explained in any of the software documentation that I found; perhaps it's just that there were things that I did not understand. But, by trial-and-error I did get a VPC image converted. I do recall that it didn't take long, but it took me 2 or 3 tries.
Read the documentation carefully a few times. Perhaps someone has provided a clear step-by-step on the Parallels users or support sites. I frankly can't quite remember how I did it, but I DID do it and use it regularly.
