Leopard screen sharing via iChat will be for friends and family. Mac HelpMate is for support professionals, and it offers unattended access, support for earlier Mac OS X releases (Leopard to Leopard for iChat only). Not only that, I doubt all Macs running 10.5 will be able to use that feature - just as all Macs that can run Tiger can't use iChatAV.
To make a long story short, not the same solution. Savvy consultants will immediately understand the value of Mac HelpMate!
