Saw that, did that, isn't the same thing. A bug report usually offers the programer a more defined set of information to help in diagnostics. Tech support is a black comment box that usually doesn't give the dev enough quality information to see what went wrong.

Use Pacifist - Central Scrutinizer--2008

Pacifist will open a package and let you view the install locations of all files, and then install it or even extract it to a specified directory. It's indispensable for dealing with betas or software from questionable sources.
