Thanks for the kind words. We will make this point of the registration process more clear. Also we have kept the fact that people buy new computers in mind. I'd urge you to consider some sort of academic licensing scheme -- like one license for a research group, rather than one per computer.

From a business point of view, you should be targeting the large and largely dissatisfied pool of EndNote users.
