Text problems - dabdidea

I am getting regular blocking of typing in firefox. I will be browsing away when suddenly I can't type anything in the browser- address bar, form fields, anywhere.

The workaround I'm using is to open a word processor, type in there so my mac remembers what to do (there's a slight delay when I start to type as if its rethinking the whole I'm not typing thing). Once I can type again in there I can go back into firefox and type away.

Weird!

And it sucks!

Text problems - MrMediocre

I was having a similar problem typing text into forms. I found that adjusting and customizing the "montotype" setting in the "advanced" text preferences fixed it for me... at least for now.

Text problems - kkrimmer

The keyboard doesn't work right, neither does the tab.

Sometimes cannot select the field to type into???

I tried with the same extensions as 1.5.0.1
and with no extensions.

I prefer to use TMN, Tor, FoxyProxy but not sure if
they're compatible with FF v2.
