You are correct. My apologies if this was misleading. I did an unfortunately hasty google search for "Dashboard" and "OS X" and found an article talking about 10.3.8 and Dashboard... Looking again, the article had multiple sections and those two were unrelated.

I'm updating the description so hopefully VersionTracker will pickup the change soon...
