Works fine in the UK - Anthony Jackson

Well, that is exactly what I did (and I presume my son-in-law did, too).

To be clear, I put in 44 then my mobile number, with the leading zero missing, no spaces, no other characters. The response I got from the SMS widget is:

"Please enter a valid area code!"

I just ttried it again - same result.

My carrier is T-Mobile, I entered an email address, don't know what else I can tell you?

OS 10.4.8 PPC (12" G4 PBk 1.5 GHz).

Even though I put my number with 44 in front it appears on the recipients mobile as 447800002127. Any ideas why?
