I just got a reply to my request for a refund: it's been issued. Six hour response on New Year's Day. I certainly can't fault their customer support.

Yes, looking at screenshots there is poor grapics and text handling. Almost looks Wintel in places. The Website is also clunky.

Since I cannot buy the cables as well in Canada I'll have to pass on this one. And I really need GPS this year.
