Sure it's possible !! Adobe is doing it. Yes, recently you can try out the beta version but it's still not out !! So is MS with their Office.
There are still a lot of pros doing audio/video using PPC. Intel still has some time to go before everything works properly.

Its coming hopefully this month! It was previewed at the recent Mac World Exibition.
