You may need to export first -
For Safari, you'll need to Export your Safari Bookmarks buy opening Safari, then Selecting "File", "Export Bookmarks" and save them for SeaMonkey to import them. Go to Manage Bookmarks, click File > Import and find your bookmarks.html file. It will load them all in one step.Then, go to bugzilla.mozilla.org and log a bug report.
