I think your comment is spot on. I'm an experienced mac user and am very familiar with GTD and various attempts to create a GTD based software solution (so far ThinkingRock is best), but I'm not not sure what is being done here and why. Why would I want new folders/files I create on a to do list? I'm not sure how to work with my emails and ical todos from within inbox. Maybe I haven't put in enough time, but the software isn't softly wispering an invitation to get to know it better in my ear either.
