DEVONthink has its own batch of deficiencies. For instance, the poorly designed UI, and the complete lack of connection to OSX services... like spotlight, iCal, Addressbook and more. Yes, DT has more features than Yojimbo, but it feels like a great big Windows application running on your Mac. Yojimbo has the right direction going, but it feels somehow incomplete, and it certainly needs more work in general functionality.
