Did you enable access for assistive devices in the Universal Access System Preference. That is needed in order for DRM Dumpster to tell iTunes to burn the CD.

It also says in the help file that sometimes iTunes misses the signal to burn and the process appears to hang. If that happens you are told to initiate the burn manually and everything should continue as expected.
