I forgot to mention that the ability to create your own up-to-date bootable disk makes this optimizer/defragmenter superior. It reminds me of some other defragmenter that I used to have with in the OS 8 days, which had a red flag as the icon. I can't remember what it was called, but it wasn't maintained for much longer than Disk Warrior was years later.
I wish the developers mentioned what has been updated in this most recent incremental version, but I'll update the software anyway, without knowing what has improved. I can't see any details on their Web site, either.
