To say that it's only claim to fame is being cheaper than MS Word is totally ignorant. It would be hard to believe that you've ever even looked at their web site, let alone used the app.

Not Ready (for who?) - it's only me

Check his/her posts and you will see that Brass Hammer makes bitter negative comments on shareware programs. Unfortunately he/she has a big chip on their shoulder. Mellel was not designed for paralegals who have to crank out their employer's work on a daily basis. Therefore it may not be perfect for everyone. btw, it was originally designed for use by linguists and other academics.
