Compare to FileChute? - AmbrosiaSW

Hello-
FileChute and Dragster are similar - drag and drop file transfer - but FileChute is really designed for getting files to someone, while Dragster is designed for uploadings files to a machine, such as a server or iDisk account.

You can use Dragster to send a file to an email for sending to someone, but that's different from what FileChute is doing. With Dragster, you send the file itself via email, while with FileChute you send a link to the file you'd uploaded. This avoids attached file size limitations imposed on many email accounts.

Something to add to our feature requests for Dragster.

What you say about FileChute isn't true, jreffner - nippithon

"I was told to not put spaces in the file names and to keep the names short, and to zip them and on and on."

"Or" not "and." "Snip" not "zip." Either do not use spaces OR snip the URL. Either keep your file names short OR snip them. In other words, just snip them and everything will be work.

You're blaming FileChute for the limitations of the web and email, even though the app solves both problems.
