Posting the same thing three times....well I guess it could be like Dorothy clicking her heels three times to get back to Kansas....or to get support for your cam.

In most of ALL Apple apps are feedback menu items. iPhoto for instance has under the iPhoto icon menu, "Provide iPhoto Feedback item than when clicked, takes the clickee to the Apple feedback page where Apple DOES sit and read the submissions. Good luck...
