You really need to think of a new name for this product or package it separately for non-commercial users as a version that is life enhancing, multitasking, organising software that allows people to track, control and synthesise a number of vital functionalities on their computer.
My wife who is an academic just cannot be bothered to try some software that is called CRM (!) when really it is a program that could help her team manage their conferencing requirements quite well.
