Mike,

1.) The problem with asking what to do is, that this could take forever - the receiver is not necessarily at his desk...ah, okay, it would be possible, but I'm too lazy to implement :-)
I will think about it.

2.) Obtrusive interface: I think kind of minimize-in-place like Unsanity's Windowshade X would be a nice idea. I write that down as well.

1) Really? I didn't think it mattered if the recipient was there or not, just like when you try to put a file on their machine using the regular Network Connect... thing. It's up to the sender to say "yes, replace" or "cancel." But I don't know anything about programming, so I'll defer to your knowledge.

2) Cool, that would be great. I've also found that setting the user image size to 17 obviously makes the UI the smallest.
