This letter from a charitable organisation ripped off and disappointed by Velan is a sad judgment on so much software over the years but this Velan company seems to take the cake for being more or less criminal and fraudulent in their total and insensitive lack of commitment to the customer. I am glad that the terrible situation vis a vis the children's organisation and Velan is for all to read. I would not buy anything from a company no matter how good ( or in this case, bad) who treats the customer in this manner. To do so to a charitable organisation is despicable and such a company and the people who serve their interests and not the customers deserve bankrupcy and a day in court for damages.
