Works now for iTunes 7 after security update????? - Troggy

Thanks for the detailed reply (this is the same person, different account).

It sounds like you have to have Airtunes for those options to show up. If I turn on the the "look for other speakers" there still are no options on the main window of iTunes.

I wonder if this might be useful information for Octiv, though? Maybe you could drop them a short email telling them about this workaround. Perhaps it would help them get a fix out the door.
