Not every use is for theft. Some of us use it for legit purposes. For example, downloading a fan-subtitled movie that can't be purchased in subtitled form in any country. And yes, he should charge us if we decide to use his software. It's his time and talent that we get, and he gets our money in return. I call that fair. His support may suck, and based on what I've read, he probably isn't very friendly, but that's no reason to imply that he or his customers are all thieves. I think he creates great software, and I'm glad that I have the option of using his products. Just my opinion....
