Found it myself, on Adobe download page:

Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CS2/File Formats

Why can't it go in the Photoshop plugins folder? Why are Adobe so silly????

The plug-in goes in

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CS2/File Formats

Since Adobe DNG Converter is an application, I put it in my Application folder.
