"Shadow" indeed - stupidFish23

As stated in a response to a previous post, shadowClipboard does not quit on you, it crashes (check the logs). We identified the bug and will soon be out with an update to fix this.

Also, on the shadowClipboard product page (http://www.stupidfish23.com/shadowclipboard) it is stated that shadowClipboard tries to contact a webserver to obtain an integer build value. No information whatsoever is sent to stupidFish programming.

"Shadow" indeed - sprindle1

Lots of software "phones home" to check for updates and perhaps for less benign purposes. If you don't like this, install and use Little Snitch.
