I would like to know how to open PDF from Devonthink. What keys do you have to press?

I wonder if you would consider helping me with the installation of this program. I purchased the program after receiving notice of it from Ulli Ramps and trying its demo. I was given a site where I could download a registered version and a user name, but the registration key I was told for some reason was being sent by a separate email. I never received it so I could not get on the site to download. Finally after a number of attempts to reach Mr. Ramps by email, I telephoned the office in Germany and spoke to him on phone. He told me he had been trying to connact me by email. I established another email address and received an email with the 9-digit code. I successfully entered the download site but when I opened the program I found it was the demo again. So more emails to Mr. Ramps and unsuccessful attempts to reach by phone. Finally I received a "test" email from him to see if we could connect which I answered and followed up with other emails.

It does not look like I am going to get any help from Mr. Ramps. So could you explain to me how to install this program? In the email he sent with the 9-digit code he mentioned something about putting a papyrus key into the program folder, but I am not sure what this key is exactly - is it the same as the 9-digit registration code which I used to get into to the download site. And I don't understand what he means by putting it in the folder. Usually when I have purchased shareware or other progams online, int the preferences or someplace in the demo there is a place to insert the user name and/or key and then you have the full version of the program. Can you take me by the hand and tell me how to convert the demo into a registered copy that I paid for but after aboout a month still do not have? I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for listening,

Gerald Alford
